This site is operated by D&Z Solutions d.o.o., Brezina 69 A, 8250 Brežice, Slovenia (VAT SI75985446). For anything on this page, write to jure@kotira.io.

If you fill in the early-access form, we receive the name, company and email address you type. We use them for one purpose: to reply to you about Kotira. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, our CRM, on EU-hosted infrastructure. This website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Nothing beyond what the site needs to function is loaded until you choose. If you accept, we load HubSpot's analytics script, which sets a cookie so we can see how the page was found and used. If you decline, it never loads. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We keep enquiry records for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, then delete them — unless you become a customer, in which case normal business record-keeping applies.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email jure@kotira.io and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
